Provide customer service to the public and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities;
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of assigned buildings, grounds, parking areas, and perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and/or identify hazards or suspicious conditions;
Monitor access points and visitor activity as directed, providing directions and assistance while observing for security-related concerns;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, contacting appropriate personnel and/or emergency services as needed;
Document patrol activity, incidents, and observations in written reports and/or electronic logs per Allied Universal and site requirements
