Security Officer - Flex Entry Screener

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to clients and visitors by following Allied Universal security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a logistics and distribution location.;
Screen employees, visitors, and contractors at entry points by checking identification, confirming access authorization, and directing individuals to the proper check-in and/or staging areas.;
Conduct security-related screening of bags, parcels, and/or equipment as required by site procedures, documenting exceptions and escalating concerns through the established chain of command.;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including reporting suspicious activity, access control issues, and/or policy violations.;
Complete detailed reports and logs such as screening activity, visitor records, and incident documentation, and communicate relevant updates to site leadership and Allied Universal management.
