Position: Corrections  Security Officer - Entry Patrol
Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to staff, visitors, and/or the public by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities within a government location;
Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting relevant details and communicating with site contacts as needed;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout assigned buildings, grounds, access points, and perimeter areas, noting unusual activity and reporting concerns according to post instructions;
Monitor entry and exit activity, verify credentials and/or visitor authorization when required, and help to deter unauthorized access to restricted areas;
Support daily operations by observing inmate movement areas, maintaining an attentive presence, and reporting policy violations, hazards, and/or maintenance issues through proper channels
