Provide customer service to staff, visitors, and/or the public by carrying out security-related procedures at a government location;
Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner and document observations and actions;
Conduct regular and random patrols of buildings, grounds, entrances, exits, and perimeter areas to deter unauthorized activity and identify conditions;
Monitor access points and movement, verify credentials when required, and report policy violations, disturbances, and maintenance concerns;
Maintain a visible presence and communicate with site contacts and law enforcement as needed, following reporting and escalation standards
