Detention Security Officer Unarmed

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to staff, visitors, and/or the public by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities;
Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate relevant details to site leadership and/or public agency contacts;
Conduct regular and random patrols of buildings, grounds, perimeter areas, and/or access points within a government corrections location, noting unusual activity and reporting concerns;
Monitor entry and exit activity, verify identification and/or authorization as directed by site policies, and help to deter unauthorized access to restricted areas;
Prepare clear, timely reports of incidents, observations, and/or daily activities, and support post orders, inspections, and other assigned security-related duties
