Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and clients by carrying out security-related procedures, financial institution policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate;
Conduct regular and random armed patrols throughout the financial institution, including interior areas, entrances, parking areas, and the perimeter, to help deter unauthorized activity;
Monitor access points, verify credentials, and respond to requests for assistance while maintaining a professional and courteous presence;
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner and contact law enforcement and/or emergency services when appropriate;
Document patrol activity, unusual conditions, and security-related incidents in accordance with site-specific reporting procedures
