Security Officer Property Access

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and/or clients at a commercial real estate front desk by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate;
Greet and direct visitors, manage access in accordance with site procedures, and maintain accurate visitor and incident-related records;
Monitor building entry points, cameras, alarms, and/or communications systems from a stationary front desk post; report unusual activity to appropriate personnel;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established site procedures;
Support a professional lobby environment by answering inquiries, coordinating with property staff, and helping to deter unauthorized access
