Repair and maintain hospital HVAC systems including air handling units, packaged A/C and heating equipment, VAV boxes, fan coil units, exhaust fans, and related mechanical equipment;
Assist with repairs to commercial kitchen equipment, plumbing supply and drainage piping, and other hospital mechanical systems;
Respond to emergency calls and support qualified technicians on gas, electrical, and HVAC issues;
Perform preventive maintenance and document work orders in the system;
Ensure safety and hygiene practices including proper Lockout/Tagout procedures
