Job Summary
- Under the general supervision of the Program Manager, sustains and provides technical assistance to Food Share's statewide network. Contributes to the development of the program infrastructure and provides training and technical assistance to Food Share hubs across the state, especially in rural areas. Supports new hub recruitment, identification and mobilization. Demonstrates commitment to conduct business lawfully and ethically by consistently adhering to compliance policies, procedures, and regulations.

This position is established in support of expanded research activities.

Job Related Minimum Required

Education and Experience
- Requires a bachelor's degree in a job related field and 2 or more years of job related experience, which may be substituted by an equivalent combination of job related certification, training, education, and/or experience.

Required Certification, Licensure/Other Credentials
- Must have a valid driver's license.

Job Duties

Job Duty
- Represents Food Share SC at county-level coalitions, promoting the Fresh Food Box for food access needs. Develops relationships with community-based organizations (CBOs) to identify new hubs and build support for new hub operators. Onboards new hubs in compliance readiness requirements.

Job Duty
- Provides ongoing training and support to current member Food Share hubs throughout the state by organizing learning collaboratives, workshops, and funding support. Provides individualized support to hubs via Zoom, phone, and email. Additionally, travels to existing member hubs for training and networking.
