Location:

Columbia, TN Pay Rate: $15.00 per hour Shift: 8 AM-4:30 PM | Monday – Friday

New Business Associate Requirements and Responsibilities:

  • Support appointed life insurance agents by processing and completing new business applications.
  • Communicate professionally with agents via phone and email to gather required information and resolve application questions.
  • Accurately enter, update, and maintain application data in company systems with a high level of attention to detail.
  • Review applications for completeness and follow up on missing or incomplete information to ensure timely processing.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive customer and business information at all times.
  • Provide high-level customer service and support to agents while maintaining professional telephone etiquette.
  • Prioritize multiple tasks to meet deadlines and ensure an efficient workflow of insurance applications.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with excellent active listening abilities.
  • High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and accurate data entry capability.
  • Proficiency with basic computer systems, email, and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
  • Previous customer service, administrative, data entry, or office support experience preferred; insurance experience is a plus but not required (training provided).
