Schedule: 8 AM - 4:30 PM | Monday - Friday

Education Requirements- Associate degree preferred or an equivalent combination of education and relevant administrative experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and standard business software.
- Ability to maintain accurate records, reports, and financial documentation.
- Previous administrative, office management, program coordination, or nonprofit support experience preferred.
- Experience managing databases, files, registrations, financial records, and organizational correspondence.
- Experience processing invoices, payments, donations, and materials requests with accuracy and timeliness.
- Experience supporting meetings, conferences, events, and stakeholder communications.
- Highly organized with strong time management and multitasking abilities.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.
- Strong attention to detail and recordkeeping abilities.

- Proficiency in file management, asset tracking, and administrative reporting.
- Ability to sit, stand, and work at a computer for extended periods.

- Ability to perform general office tasks in a professional environment.
- Provide administrative support for multiple education, leadership development, and community engagement programs.
- Maintain program records, files, databases, contact lists, and organizational documentation.
- Process donations, payments, invoices, registrations, and related financial records accurately and confidentially.
- Assist with conference, meeting, and event registrations and coordination activities.
- Prepare reports, track program results, and maintain records for organizational reporting requirements.
- Manage program correspondence, participant communications, and stakeholder inquiries.
- Support the collection, organization, and maintenance of program data and reports.
- Maintain files, records, and asset management systems to ensure accurate documentation.
- Assist staff with special projects, program initiatives, and department objectives.
- Communicate effectively with team members, community partners, program participants, and stakeholders.
- Support the organization's mission by providing high-quality administrative and operational assistance.
- Perform additional duties and special assignments as needed.

As a Office Manager you will greet visitors, answer and route telephone calls, respond to routine questions, schedule appointments, manage calendars, receive and distribute correspondence, maintain records, perform data entry, organize front-office areas, and provide general administrative support while creating a professional and welcoming experience for customers, visitors, and employees.
