• $17.00-$22.00 per hour

• Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM

• 401(k) with 4% company match

• Send invoices through email and company software
• Post and apply customer payments
• Contact customers regarding outstanding balances
• Maintain customer billing records
• Assist with AR reporting
• Review and batch invoices
• Maintain office reports
• Answer multiple phone lines
• Support dispatching and scheduling
• Make outbound customer calls
• Assist with administrative office tasks

• Experience in Accounts Receivable, billing, collections, and customer service
• Strong communication and phone skills
• Comfortable with computers, email, and invoicing software
• Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented
• Ability to multitask in a busy office environment
