Columbia, TN Pay Rate: $17.00 – $22.50 per hour (based on experience) Shift: 7:00 AM-5:00 PM | Monday-Friday | Overtime as needed

What It Takes to Thrive in This Fast-Paced Role (Requirements):- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience
- Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on professionalism and empathy
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel
- Experience in accurately documenting information in systems or databases preferred
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to follow structured processes
- Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and external customers

How You'll Make Every Member Interaction Count (Job Duties):- Provide high-level customer service to internal and external members regarding health plan inquiries
- Professionally handle incoming and outgoing calls, resolving issues efficiently and accurately
- Document member interactions and inquiries within the Facets system with accuracy and detail
- Direct claims-related calls to appropriate departments, such as UMR or Medicare Supplement Claims
- Respond to and resolve billing inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Identify, report, and escalate system issues as needed
- Manage multiple projects and priorities while maintaining service quality standards
- Support ongoing improvement of member experience through effective communication and follow-through
