Columbia State Community College is looking for experienced subject matter experts to teach non-credit, open enrollment classes that help individuals upskill for career advancement or pursue personal enrichment. We offer part-time opportunities in workforce development and lifelong learning-and we need passionate instructors to make it happen!

What You'll Do:

* Develop and deliver engaging classes based on your expertise

* Collaborate with a Columbia State coordinator on scheduling and location

* Teach in classrooms or field settings or online

* Assist in identifying target audience and support efforts to market to that audience and drive enrollment

Qualifications:

* Required:

* Significant experience in subject area

* Passionate about teaching content and inspiring others

* Strong communication and instructional skills

* Ability to adapt content for diverse learners

* Preferred:

* Teaching experience

* Formal education in field

Compensation:
Commensurate with experience
