Columbia State Community College in Columbia, TN is seeking a full-time Program Director funded by the Rural Postsecondary and Economic Development Grant (RPED). The role will oversee grant activities and supervise grant staff, reporting to the Dean of Students.
The Director will serve as a liaison among educational partners, T , college faculty, and K-12 partners while acting as a Success Coach for students within the service area to promote workforce readiness and postsecondary success.
