Salary Range: $25.80 – $31.99 minimum starting pay.

Shelter maintains broad salary ranges for its roles to account for variations in geographic location, education, training, skills, relevant work experience, business needs, and market demands. This range is the starting base pay only and does not consider other components that make up the total rewards package for the position.

Act as an active participant on an IT team tasked to collectively work together to achieve the successful implementation and maintenance of core software administration platforms. Play a key role in analyzing requirements, building system configuration components, and supporting testing of the system.

Responsible for recording and reporting of information needed to manage the configuration of the product (hardware and/or software). Provide detailed configuration, testing/quality review, and maintenance for production applications. Perform a variety of technical tasks related to the assigned area of responsibility under minimal supervision. Work directly with business units and other stakeholders to gather business requirements.

• High aptitude for personal computer, software, and related components.
