Assembly Worker Manufacturing Facility.

Pay:
Starting at $17.25/hour (temporary), increasing to $19.06/hour upon hire with amazing benefits.

Job Type: Full-time

Shifts:

• 1st Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM (Overtime possible until 4:00 PM)
• 2nd Shift: 4:00 PM – 12:30 AM (Overtime possible until 4:00 AM)

We are seeking dedicated and skilled Assembly Workers to join our dynamic manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have strong mechanical knowledge and prior experience in a factory or warehouse setting. As a Production Worker, you will play a key role in fabricating and assembling products while ensuring high-quality standards for a fast growing auto manufacturer in Springhill, TN.

• Fabricate and assemble products according to assembly line specifications
• Conduct quality checks throughout the manufacturing process to ensure compliance
• Collaborate with team members to optimize production and improve workflow
• Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency
• Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to minimize workplace risks

• Previous experience in a factory, warehouse, or manufacturing environment preferred
• Strong mechanical knowledge and ability to troubleshoot equipment issues
• Ability to work efficiently on an assembly line with attention to detail and quality control
• Capability to lift heavy materials safely as needed
• Excellent teamwork skills and commitment to meeting production goals
• Flexibility to work various shifts as required
• Great Attendance Required
• Steel-toe shoes and uniform work pants
