Position: LPN, Licensed Practical Nurse (Full Time)

$5000 Sign On Bonus for full-time employees.

Shift Details: 12-hour shifts (7:00 PM - 7:00 AM). Base rate + shift incentive + pick-up incentive + overtime.

Differential Pay:

• Weekend differential: $2.28 per hour
• Night shift differential: $2.00 per hour
• Weekend contracts differential: $2.00 per hour

Responsibilities:

• Maintain clinical competency by applying integrated nursing knowledge and skills, leadership, and communication skills.
• Utilize the nursing process in assessment, planning, and implementing care.
• Exhibit organizational ability related to workflow, prioritizing to meet patient care needs.
• Integrate current standards of practice as well as local, state, and federal regulations related to nursing services in the care of patients.

Licensure: Must hold a Tennessee LPN Nursing license. We also hire GNs and GPNs.
