About The UnitOur 25-bed Short Stay Unit at Maury Regional Medical Center (MRMC) serves patients who require observation or short-term care following surgery or medical events. Known for its fast-paced environment, the unit has a rapid patient turnover, with a nurse-to-patient ratio of 5:1. We conduct thorough assessments every 12 hours and utilize streamlined documentation practices to enhance patient care.
Job RequirementsCurrent and valid license as a Registered Nurse Tennessee Required
2 Years Med-Surg Nursing Experience for Float Pool Positions Required
1 Year Nursing Experience for PRN Positions Required
1 Year Nursing Experience for FT Positions Preferred
Associate's Nursing Preferred
