SHIFT: PRN as needed

JOB SUMMARY:

Primarily responsible for the therapeutic care of patients in their place of residence. The LPN will provide care for patients in their homes under the supervision of an RN. Must possess a good working knowledge of the nursing process and demonstrate clinical competency. Able to adapt to change. On-call required for some positions may be required.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • LPN License in TN Required
  • Driver's License with Reliable Transportation and Liability Insurance in TN Required
  • 1 Year of Clinical Nursing Experience Required
  • 1 Year or Home Health Care Clinical Nursing Experience Preferred
