Maury Regional Health is seeking an RN Charge for the 3W Medical Unit at Maury Regional Medical Center in Columbia, TN. This full-time night shift role leads the unit, assigns staff, and ensures high-quality nursing care.
The Charge Nurse will oversee planning, directing, and mentoring, using clinical judgment and leadership to maintain safe, patient-centered care. A Tennessee RN license and ACLS are required, BSN within 6 months of hire, and 1 year of hospital nursing experience.
