Summary:
The Employee Health LPN supports the health, safety, and regulatory compliance of hospital employees, volunteers, students, and other workforce members. Working under the direction of a registered nurse, advanced practice provider, or physician, the LPN provides occupational health services within the scope of practical nursing practice, organizational policy, and applicable state and federal requirements.
This position assists with pre-employment health screenings, immunizations, annual health requirements, communicable-disease monitoring, workplace injury evaluation, documentation, and employee education. The LPN promotes confidentiality, service excellence, and a high-reliability culture focused on safety and continuous improvement.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Current and valid license as a Licensed Practical Nurse Required
Current Basic Life Support certification for healthcare providers. Required
Completed Course or Program in Practical Nursing Preferred
1 Year Related Experience Preferred
