About The UnitThe Charge Nurse is responsible for unit and shift leadership: oversight & planning, directing & mentoring, staff assignments, scheduling, providing and evaluating nursing care using critical thinking, professional judgment and leadership skills.

Job Requirements- Current and valid licensure as Registered Nurse Tennessee Required
- ACLS Required
- Bachelor's Nursing required within 6 months of hire Required
- 1 Year Related Nursing Experience in a Hospital Setting Required
