Aboutthe Role
As a RN LPN Unit Manager at Magnolia Rehab and Longterm Care, you will be responsible for overseeing units, medication administration, documentation, and resident care. You will work closely with the RN discipline to ensure that quality care is provided within policies and parameters defined by the nursing management. Additionally, you will oversee resident care and implement schedules per resident needs.

Oversee units, medication administration, documentation, and resident care
Implement schedules per resident needs
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records
Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance resident outcomes
High school diploma
RN certification in TN
LTC/SNF experience preferred
