Field Merchandiser; part-time Columbia TN

JOB OVERVIEW

As a Field Merchandiser, you will work independently to showcase your organization and time‑management skills and establish relationships with retailers while representing Hallmark. You will collaborate with local store teams to optimize product placement, maintain inventory levels, and support seasonal resets and installations when needed. Occasionally, you may work with other products from different companies in the stores you service.

• Your starting hourly pay rate will be $13.00 - $15.00 depending on your skills and experience.

• Availability to support seasonal changeovers, extended services, installations, and inventory support is required.

You will perform service work in the Hallmark department of various retail stores such as grocery stores, drug stores, department stores, and mass retailers. The position has three major components:

This is a physically demanding job that requires a high level of energy and a sense of urgency. You will work on the sales floor and in back stockrooms. You must be able to consistently push, pull, lift, and carry cartons, merchandise, and display fixtures up to 30 pounds, and up to 50 pounds on occasion. You will also be required to kneel, squat, walk, and stand throughout the workday, and may need to climb stairs and step ladders.

• You're at least 18 years old.
• You can read, write, and understand English.
• You can lift up to 30 pounds frequently and 50 pounds occasionally.
• You can operate a digital hand‑held device to open, read, and interpret documents.
• You have access to a Wi‑Fi network and the internet.
• You have reliable transportation to travel to and between assigned stores as scheduled.
