Hibbett Sports -  - Responsibilities:
Assist the Store Manager in controlling the assets of the store and in establishing action plans to accomplish departmental and store goals;
Provide knowledge and guidance to employees and customers in all departments;
Supervise staff in the absence of the Store Manager and handle recruiting, training, and evaluation;
Maintain inventory movement, sales statistics, and store expenses to ensure profitability;
Deliver extraordinary customer service and promote merchandise through in-store policies and procedures
