Route Sales and Route Swing Position

Salary Range: $50,000.00 To $54,000.00 Annually

The position of Route Sales for Murfreesboro Pure Milk Company (MPM) requires an individual to physically and safely perform the necessary functions of driving, delivering, stocking, and ordering the wide range of products that the Company sells. The position requires ability to perform tasks independently without supervision and to communicate with both fellow co‑workers and others outside the organization.

• Education – high school or equivalent preferred
• License – Must obtain a Class B driver’s license and qualify for coverage as a driver under company insurance
• Physical – Must be able to sit, stand, squat, bend and lift up to 50 pounds multiple times per day and climb stairs and enter/exit trucks
• Skills – Must perform basic arithmetic and learn basic route delivery functions
• Mental – Must adapt to daily conditions, communicate effectively with customers and co‑workers, show reliability and promptness daily

The Route Sales position is a 40 +/- working hours per week, Monday through Friday. Compensation is a monthly base pay plus a commission.
