Provide customer service to staff, patients, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities within a healthcare location;
Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate with onsite personnel and/or first responders as needed;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, parking areas, entrances, and the perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and report unusual conditions;
Monitor access points and observe visitor and staff movement to help to deter disruptions, support site rules, and document security-related concerns according to Allied Universal and location guidelines
