Education Level High School Diploma or equivalent## Description We are seeking a Job Coach to support vocational training and workplace readiness activities, helping students develop the skills needed to achieve individual goals in school and community settings.

Schedule-Mon-Fri 7am-3pm with some flexibility to support program needs

* Key Responsibilities:

*** Plan and lead vocational activities that promote skill development and independence.
* Provide daily instruction, coaching, and support to ensure student engagement and success.
* Monitor student progress through assessments and accurate data collection.
* Collaborate with staff, families, and service teams to support individualized goals and student achievement.

What We're Looking For:

* Valid driver's license required.
* High school diploma or equivalent required;
Bachelor's degree preferred.
* Minimum of one year of experience in a vocational program and/or supporting individuals with intellectual disabilities; experience in both areas is highly preferred.
* Ability to successfully pass a drug screen and comprehensive background checks (no felony convictions or convictions related to abuse, assault, or neglect).
