Wood Personnel Services is hiring Warehouse Associates for multiple client partners located in Columbia, Spring Hill, Lewisburg, Mount Pleasant, and Franklin, TN. We are seeking dependable, detail-oriented individuals who are open to working in a fast-paced manufacturing or distribution center environment.

These are full-time, temp-to-hire positions offering competitive pay, consistent hours, overtime opportunities, and an excellent benefits package after permanent hire.

• $16.00 - $19.60 an hour
• 1st, 2nd, 3rd & Mid Shift opportunities available
• Must be able to work scheduled overtime hours

Shift and pay may vary depending on the client assignment

• Picking and packing customer orders
• Loading and unloading trucks
• Receiving and stocking inventory
• Preparing shipments for delivery
• Operating pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment
• Maintaining accurate inventory counts
• Keeping work areas clean and organized
• Following all company safety procedures
• Working as part of a team to meet daily production goals

Specific duties may vary depending on the client assignment

• Previous warehouse experience preferred but not always required
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift
• Reliable transportation and dependable attendance
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
