• Valid Special Education (SPED) Licensure (verification available online)
• K-6 Certification required for the inclusion position
• 6-12 Certification accepted for the self-contained roles and inclusion
• Experience in schools and a passion for helping diverse learners succeed
• Strong collaboration and classroom management skills
• Ability to adapt instructional strategies to meet varied student needs

• Develop and implement IEPs tailored to each student’s strengths and requirements
• Foster a welcoming and structured learning environment for all pupils
• Collaborate with fellow educators, support staff, and families to ensure student growth
• Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to school and state compliance standards
• Participate in team meetings and professional development opportunities
