• Deliver direct nursing care to patients in a correctional setting
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered
• Perform health assessments and monitor patient conditions
• Accurately document patient care and maintain medical records
• Collaborate with physicians, advanced practice providers, and fellow nursing staff
• Respond to urgent and emergency medical situations with confidence and professionalism

• Active Alabama LPN license in good standing
• Current CPR certification or ability to obtain upon hire
• Strong assessment, communication, and documentation skills
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative healthcare team
• Correctional or emergency nursing experience is helpful but not required. We provide training.
