Logistics Manager

• Oversee multiple ongoing projects, ensuring all deadlines and customer requirements are met.
• Act as the main point of contact for customers, vendors, warehouses and carriers, handling communications via phone and email.
• Coordinate shipment details, including scheduling, documentation, and tracking.
• Identify and resolve issues quickly and professionally to keep projects on track.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure all project information is documented within internal systems.
• Communicate clearly with internal teams and customers to prevent errors and avoid costly mistakes.
• Adapt to changing priorities and unexpected challenges while keeping projects moving forward.

• Highly organized with strong attention to detail — small mistakes can lead to big issues.
• Excellent phone and email communication skills with a focus on customer service.
• Proficiency with Outlook 365 for email, scheduling, and task management.
• Basic computer skills, including working with spreadsheets and shared documents.
• Ability to stay calm and solution-oriented under pressure.
• Prior experience in logistics, project coordination, or customer service is a plus but not required.
