** Schedule
* * Monday–Friday, 8:00AM – 4:30PM## ##

** Qualifications
* ** 1-3 years of administrative experience preferred
* Ability to
** prioritize, multitask and manage priorities
** through effective organization
* Proficient in computer systems such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and Power Point
* Strong interpersonal &

* Experience reviewing and working with financial or operational documents preferred
* High level of

** Responsibilities
* ** Provide administrative and operational support, including organizing, maintaining, and distributing reports, documents, and materials in line with established procedures
* Create, edit, format, and proofread documents, reports, and communications using Microsoft Office and other systems
* Support office operations, including managing supplies, coordinating vendor needs, and maintaining an organized and functional workspace
* Answer and direct incoming calls professionally, route inquiries to the appropriate departments, and manage messages as needed
* Manage facility access by greeting visitors, supporting check-in processes, and ensuring compliance with building access protocols
* Serve as a point of contact for associates, visitors, and customers, providing a professional and helpful experience
* Partner with site leadership to support associate engagement initiatives, committees, safety programs, and training activities
* Perform other duties as assigned to support operational needs
