Registration Renewal Specialist

We are looking for a highly skilled registration renewal specialist with exceptional attention to detail and strong analytical skills to join us in our mission. The ideal person for the job will have previous experience with data entry and working with spreadsheets.

• Processes vehicle registration renewals within the established timelines and customer SLAs
• Scans and validates incoming registrations, plates, and other documentation with accuracy and efficiency and returns to customers within established timelines and SLAs
• Accurately perform data entry within the related data fields (requirements, procedures, rejections, fees, forms, notes, shipping, help, VINs, and tags)
• Respond in a courteous, professional, and timely manner to all customers within company timelines
• Organize, plan, and prioritize workflow of registration renewals
• Research and resolve issues promptly
• Provide support and guidance for title runners in their daily routines

• Strong experience with Microsoft Excel
• Time Management and attention to detail
• Fast typing, with an eye for accuracy
• Excellent customer service, verbal, and written skills
• Ability to work independently
• Valid Georgia Driver’s License and good driving record

• Registered notary in the state of Georgia
• Experience processing vehicle registrations or titles in Georgia
