Location: Hiawassee, GA

Pay: Starting at $20.00 per hour, based on experience. Room for growth. This is a 1099 Independent Contractor Position.
We are seeking a highly organized, dependable, and customer-focused Office Manager to support the daily operations of our growing vacation rental management company. This role serves as a key point of contact for guests, homeowners, vendors, and team members while helping ensure our properties remain guest-ready and our operations run smoothly.
This is a hands‑on position that requires flexibility and a willingness to assist with various operational tasks beyond traditional office duties.
Administrative & Office Operations- Manage daily office operations and administrative tasks.
- Answer phones, emails, and text messages professionally and promptly.
- Assist with coordinating housekeeping, maintenance, and vendor services.
- Respond to guest inquiries before, during, and after their stay.
- Assist guests with reservations, property information, and local recommendations.
- Resolve guest concerns quickly and professionally to ensure exceptional guest experiences.
- Monitor communication platforms and ensure timely responses.
- Deliver supplies, guest items, and other necessities to properties as needed.
- Coordinate and track property needs with housekeeping and maintenance.
- Assist with property inspections and operational support when required.
- Fold and organize linens and laundry as needed.
- Help maintain inventory levels of linens, toiletries, and guest supplies.
- Assist with preparing homes for guest arrivals during busy periods.
- Provide support to management and field staff as needed.
- Help ensure company standards are consistently maintained across all properties.
- Assist with special projects and operational initiatives.
- Must be willing to fold laundry and assist with linen management as needed.
- Must be willing to deliver supplies, guest items, and operational necessities to vacation rental properties.
- Must be available to respond to guest inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
- Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and perform physical tasks.
- Familiarity with property management systems and scheduling software is preferred.
- Must be dependable, flexible, and maintain a positive attitude.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation is required.
- Must be available to work every other weekend as needed.
