About the role
Anchorstone Legacy is seeking a dedicated and organised Personal Assistant to join our team in the Newton Central Region. This is a full-time position offering the opportunity to provide essential administrative and executive support to members of the team. As a Personal Assistant, you will be communicating with head office on behalf. You will also assist in planning events and clients' insurance claims whilst maintaining the highest levels of professionalism and discretion.
Keyresponsibilities
- Preparing and maintaining briefing documents, reports and correspondence
- Handling confidential information with discretion and maintaining strict confidentiality protocols
- Communications and coordinations with the head company
- Processing expenses, invoices and financial documentation whilst maintaining accurate records
- Claims submission and quotes generation for clients
- Coordinating meetings, preparing agendas, and taking minutes where required
- Providing general administrative support to the team as needed
- Screen through suitable candidates and arranging interviews for Wealth Managers
- Fresh graduates or experienced Personal Assistant preferably in insurance industry
- Exceptional organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with professional presentation abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and experience with scheduling software
- Strong discretion and ability to handle confidential information with integrity
- Proactive and solutions-focused approach with the ability to work independently and anticipate needs
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in all administrative tasks
- Professional demeanour with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build positive relationships
- Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic working environment
