About the Role:The Risk Management Administrator role will provide administrator services to the legal, vending, insurance, and risk managements services. To meet the expectation in this role you should have a detailed understanding of the full Microsoft Office suite, be extremely fast at solving problems and have experience as in risk management protocols. - Drafting reports, memos, letters, minutes, and other documents for risk management, legal, vending and insurance matters.
- Prepare cease and desist correspondences to policy and license violators.
- Manage the reporting and resolutions process for vendors.
- Manage the special events checklist (“SEC”) process.
- Respond to customer service request via the help desk customer support portal and other methods of communications
- Perform research and training on matters pertaining to risk management
- All other duties as assigned by the Risk Management Manager.

- Bachelor's degree in Risk Management, Business Administration, Legal Studies, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in risk management, compliance, or a related administrative role
- Strong knowledge of risk assessment frameworks, insurance principles, and regulatory compliance
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders
