We're hiring on behalf of our client who is a well-established, privately held, developer/owner/manager of Class-A+ multifamily. They are a very stable, well-funded company that has developed 40K+ units, with 15+ projects in the pipeline throughout the Southeast & Texas, and continuing to expand. Our client is looking for a Development Analyst in Columbus, GA.
Responsibilities- Provide financial analysis, budget tracking, and performance monitoring from pre-development through lease-up, stabilization, and disposition of multifamily assets
- Build and maintain financial models for development and acquisition opportunities
- Monitor project schedules, including unit delivery timing and key milestones
- 1-2 years of relevant corporate finance or commercial real estate experience, preferred
- Strong interest in multifamily and/or commercial real estate development
- Highly effective communication & strong analytical skills
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, real estate, economics, or related field; MS/MBA plus
