Data Entry Analyst
Lewis James Professional is a woman-owned staff augmentation, project consulting and direct hire search and placement firm. We are currently seeking a Data Entry Analyst for a consulting opportunity with a financial services client.
Responsibilities:- Enter new engagements and significant change requests into Archer.
- Review submitted documentation for completeness and accuracy prior to data entry.
- Maintain and update records in accordance with established bank procedures.
- Track and validate data using basic Excel spreadsheets.
- Support risk, compliance, procurement, and vendor management teams by ensuring timely and accurate record maintenance.
- Assist with data quality reviews and remediation efforts as needed.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Basic Microsoft Excel proficiency.
- Ability to handle sensitive business information with accuracy and confidentiality.
- Prior experience with Archer is not required; comprehensive training will be provided.
- Previous experience in administrative support, operations, data entry, banking, or risk management environments is a plus but not required.
