Data Entry Analyst

Lewis James Professional is a woman-owned staff augmentation, project consulting and direct hire search and placement firm. We are currently seeking a Data Entry Analyst for a consulting opportunity with a financial services client. This role will support procurement, sourcing, risk, compliance, and vendor management functions by accurately entering, maintaining, and validating contract, supplier, engagement, and change request information across internal systems including Ariba and Archer.

• Enter and update contract, supplier, engagement, and significant change request information in Ariba and Archer.
• Review submitted contract and engagement documentation for completeness and accuracy prior to data entry.
• Maintain organized procurement, vendor, and risk records in accordance with established bank procedures and internal processes.
• Track, validate, and report data using basic Microsoft Excel spreadsheets.
• Collaborate with sourcing, procurement, risk, compliance, and vendor management teams to ensure timely, accurate record maintenance and data quality.
• Assist with data quality reviews, validation, remediation efforts, and contract administration support as needed.

• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data tracking, validation, and simple reporting.
• Ability to handle sensitive business, vendor, procurement, and risk information with confidentiality.
• Prior experience with Ariba or Archer is not required; comprehensive training will be provided.
• Previous experience in administrative support, operations, data entry, banking, procurement, vendor management, or risk management environments is a plus but not required.
