We are seeking an experienced Survey Crew Chief
. The ideal candidate has strong technical skills, attention to detail, leadership abilities, and a passion for working in the land surveying profession. You will lead a survey field crew in daily operations and coordinate directly with our staff professional land surveyors.

• Lead survey field crews in conducting topographic, construction layout, boundary, ALTA, and as-built surveys.
• Ensure adherence to company safety procedures and quality standards.
• Train and mentor junior field personnel.

• 3+ years of field surveying experience;
  Crew Chief experience preferred.
• Proficiency with modern survey equipment and data collection software.
• Strong understanding of surveying principles and field procedures.
• Skill set to read and interpret engineering drawings, legal descriptions, and plats.
• Good organizational and communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
• Ability and desire to work outdoors in varying conditions.
• A natural tendency to establish and maintain good working relationships.
