Audio Visual Assistant
Supervisor: Patrick Gabbard
Pay Rate: $10.00 per hour
Scheduled
Hours:
20 hrs per week
Start Date: 02/06/2026
End Date: 05/15/2027
Location: Mercer University Atlanta campus
Responsibilities- Delivery and pickup of A/V equipment on campus
- Provide instruction on proper use and setup of audio/visual equipment
- Operate sound systems during events
- Perform simple maintenance on A/V equipment as required
- Work directly with students, faculty, and staff
- Perform additional duties as directed by supervisor
- Dependable with high attention to detail
- Flexible schedule availability (including evenings & weekends)
- Excellent customer service skills
- Experience with LCD projectors, DVD players, simple audio systems and other multimedia equipment preferred but not required
- Training may be provided
- Computer experience a plus
- Ability to wear dress code as required
Applicants will be responsible for set-up, operation, and breakdown of A/V equipment on the Mercer University Atlanta campus.
