On Site Services Representative 1

• Strong general inventory skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Good overall knowledge of tools
• Familiarity with data entry, filing and record keeping
• Strong knowledge with Windows-based operating systems and software
• Work independently and stay focused to complete assigned work
• Problem solving skills
• Attention to detail, and the ability to follow instructions
• Positive attitude with excellent customer service skills

• Responsibility for all on‑site customer service including assisting mechanics with various issues that may arise at the customer level
• Making changes in the Auto Crib system as suggested by frequency reports or by customer request
• Maintaining daily and weekly reports
• Maintenance and repair of Auto Crib machines
• Inventory management
• Other duties as assigned

Physical Demands: 60% Standing, Bending, Reaching, Kneeling; 30% Walking; 10% Sitting. Ability to lift up to 50lbs. Occasional pushing and pulling (approximately 20 lbs. of force).
