Job Summary:

At Turbine Support Services, Inc., our mission is to provide our clients with the highest quality components on time, while aggressively seeking to meet all customer requirements and continually improve our processes. To meet the demands of our successfully growing business, we are seeking a new Customer Service Representative.

Responsibilities
:

  • Provide dedicated customer support via rapid response to all Request For Quote (RFQ) traffic.
  • Process orders timely, meet customer requirements, uphold TSS commitments, and achieve time-sensitive deadlines.
  • Monitor customer accounts for expedites, cancellations, and returns, keeping TSS management up-to-date and current on demands, challenges, and forward planning.
  • Team with Strategic Sourcing to analyze and trend no quotes, long-lead items, critical shortage impacts, and recommendations for future improvements.
  • Resolve customer issues timely and effectively through collaboration with all applicable support resources.
  • Team with Quality and Operations to ensure 100% compliance with regulatory, contract, and purchase order requirements.
  • Plan and assist with all customer visits, audits, and inventory reviews.
  • Document and maintain customer communications for review of feedback to develop process improvements, additional sales growth opportunities, and to ensure continuity and consistency.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications
:

  • AS degree in business / related studies or equivalent.
  • 2 years of professional / technical Customer Service experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft suite of office applications.
  • Effective communication, problem solving, data analytics, and team working skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications
:

  • Aviation / aerospace MRO supply chain, inventory, customer support experience.
  • Strong technical aptitude and ability to adapt to changing requirements.
  • Dedicated professional prepared to help develop themselves, the team, and the process.
  • Strong attention to detail while maintaining a high level of integrity.
