Job Description
This position provides inbound and outbound call center support for residential water customers. Incumbents answer questions, inquiries, and water service requests over the phone and by email to process payments and adjustments.
Effective DateEffective 4/11/2023, this position is eligible for the Employee Referral Program.
GradeThe grade for this position is B221. Salary will be dependent on education and experience.
Minimum Qualifications- High school diploma or G.E.D.
- Three years of customer service experience to include one year in an office setting
- An equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential duties of the job such as those listed above will also be considered.
- Call center experience
- Spanish speaking
