• Provide accurate information and assistance to customers regarding products or services.
• Utilize phone etiquette skills to ensure high-quality customer interactions.
• Conduct data entry tasks to update customer information in the system.
• Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Collaborate with team members to address complex customer concerns.
• Maintain a positive attitude and patience when dealing with challenging situations.
• Follow procedures to deliver consistent service.

• Proficiency in English and/ or bilingual in English/Spanish.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle various customer personalities.
• Familiarity with medical terminology is a plus.
• Multilingual capabilities are advantageous.
• Prior experience in customer service role is beneficial.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
