• Outdoor and Independent Work:
  You won’t be stuck behind a desk! As a Termite Service Professional, you’ll be mobile, independent, and responsible for your own route. You’ll be the face of Northwest in your local community.
• Training and Development:
  No exterminating experience required. We provide comprehensive training to set you up for success. After training, you’ll lead your own customer accounts.

  We volunteer through our Good Deeds Team, giving back to the areas we serve.

• Building Relationships:
  Create lifelong connections with internal and external customers, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty.
• Managing Your Own Termite Service Route:
  Handle day‑to‑day operations, maintain excellent time management.
• Perform both pre‑construction and post‑construction termite treatments.
• Resolve customer account issues and address current and future needs.
• Communicate regularly and consistently with customers to ensure satisfaction.
• Partner with internal teams such as customer service, sales, and management to deliver exceptional service.
• Apply appropriate products according to label standards.
• Safety First:
  Maintain a strong safety mindset, especially when handling company equipment and driving the company vehicle.

• Adhere to the NORTHWEST WAY by upholding the highest standards of professionalism and customer care.
• Act as a brand ambassador, representing our values and image with every customer interaction.

• Starting hourly pay $17–$18.
• Company vehicle and company cell phone.

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• No prior exterminating experience necessary.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to obtain the appropriate pesticide license within the first 90 days of employment (company paid).
• Ability to work in the field independently and manage route‑based assignments.

Candidates must meet the physical job requirements and safely perform the job duties with or without accommodations.

• Safely use ladders within the manufacturer’s weight capacity and climb ladders up to 32 feet.
• Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Operate a company vehicle for extended periods; travel may include short stops or longer routes between counties or service areas.
• Safely access crawl spaces, attics, confined spaces, roof tops, etc.
• Work in all types of weather conditions.
