What You Will Do
  • Provide expert SAP support to improve data integrity and transaction accuracy.
  • Enable SAP to be used as the system of record for planning and reporting.
  • Deliver SAP transaction training to designated team members through small group and classroom style sessions.
  • Coach users on correct SAP execution in day to day operations.
  • Support initiatives to reduce inventory losses through improved SAP discipline.
  • Assist in eliminating or reducing wall to wall inventory counts by enabling accurate SAP inventory tracking.
  • Improve accuracy of scrap reporting, cost of poor quality, and related costings in SAP.
  • Support cell level planning and execution accountability using SAP driven plans and reporting.
  • Support SAP related improvement projects aligned to defined business objectives.
  • Coordinate with operations, planning, finance, and quality stakeholders.
  • Identify execution risks, data gaps, and adoption issues and elevate as needed.
What You Will Bring
  • 5+ years of hands on SAP experience in a manufacturing or operations environment.
  • 3+ years supporting SAP transactions related to production, inventory, and costing.
  • 2+ years delivering SAP training to end users, including small group or classroom style sessions.
  • Experience with SAP PP, MM, or CO modules.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Information Systems, Supply Chain, or a related field or equivalent practical experience.
  • SAP certifications are a plus but not required
  • Background in aerospace, MRO, or regulated manufacturing.
  • Experience supporting inventory accuracy, costing, and execution accountability initiatives.
  • Demonstrated experience improving SAP data integrity through process discipline and user enablement
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to work directly with shop floor personnel and leadership teams
  • Proven ability to drive adoption and behavioral change in operational environments.
Pay Range

$45.00 per hour - $55.00 per hour

Compensation decisions are made based on factors including experience, skills, education, and other job-related factors, in accordance with our internal pay structure. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, paid time off, and retirement plan.

Work Requirements

This role is considered an on-site position located in Columbus, GA

  • You must be able to commute to and from the location with your own transportation arrangements to meet the required working hours.
  • Shop floor environment, which may include but not limited to extensive walking, and ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
Travel requirements

Due to the nature of the work, no travel is required.

Citizenship requirement

Due to the nature of the work, U.S. citizenship is required.
