What You Will Do:
  • Establish and execute long‑term maintenance and reliability strategies to support site objectives and operational continuity.
  • Oversee preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance programs to ensure equipment reliability, regulatory compliance, and environmental and safety standards.
  • Lead maintenance planning, scheduling, and prioritization for the site to optimize resources and minimize downtime.
  • Direct responses to complex equipment issues, ensuring thorough investigation, root‑cause analysis, and sustainable corrective actions.
  • Manage maintenance resources including staffing, development, budgeting, spare parts, service contracts, and vendor performance.
  • Drive cost‑reduction, energy‑efficiency, and continuous improvement initiatives focused on asset lifecycle optimization and operational efficiency.
  • Champion adoption of advanced maintenance technologies, reliability tools, and digital systems to enhance execution and performance.
  • Partner strategically with operations, engineering, EHS, and senior leadership to understand needs, communicate impacts, and ensure the maintenance organization delivers high‑quality service and operational support.
  • Set performance expectations and ensure the maintenance function meets productivity, responsiveness, and reliability goals for the site.
Qualifications You Must Have:
  • Bachelor's degree and minimum 12 years of experience in machine tool maintenance, facilities, reliability, or operations, OR a Master's degree in a related field and a minimum of 10 years of experience in machine tool maintenance, facilities, reliability, or operations experience.
  • Demonstrated success leading multi‑disciplinary teams and delivering high‑quality products.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office products.
Qualifications We Prefer:
  • Master’s degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline.
  • Experience in aerospace, defense, or other high‑precision manufacturing environments.
  • Experience using process control/ Six‑Sigma and/or Lean manufacturing tools.
  • Working knowledge of SAP.
  • Proven success in operational leadership, capacity expansion and implementing productivity improvements.
Compensation and Benefits:
